Ascend Mindset Coaching

Becca Barrett, Founder of Ascend Mindset Coaching, smiling confidently
Hi, I'm Becca...
You know that feeling when life knocks you down, divorce, grief, or just one of those "what now?" moments and you're left wondering if you'll ever feel like yourself again? I've been there, friend. As a Mindset and Life Coach, Energetic Empower-er, and big believer in second (or third, or fourth) chances, I help women like you - who've been through the hard stuff find their way back to their true selves. Stronger, wiser, and ready to ascend.

My Own Messy Journey
Before I became a coach, I earned my master’s in student success in higher education. I loved holding space for people, solving problems together, and being that cheerleader in the stands. But honestly? My real "credentials" come from my own story—the one where I had to pick myself up after divorce, infant loss, and a whole lot of "why me?" days.

Like so many of us, I sat with my shadows, whispered to my inner critic until it quieted down, and slowly—messily—rose from those ashes. It wasn't pretty, but it was real. And that's what makes me a trauma-informed coach: I've walked the walk, felt the ache, and come out believing that healing is possible for anyone willing to show up for themselves.

How I Coach (With Heart and a Little Humor)
Healing? It's not some straight-line Instagram reel—it's more like a doodle with detours, tears, and those "aha!" moments that sneak up on you over coffee. As a Certified Core Energy Coach through iPEC, I help you break free from old patterns, reframe that nagging inner voice, and step into the version of you that's been waiting all along.
My style? Warm hugs mixed with gentle nudges—curious questions, empowering tools, and plenty of space to laugh (because who hasn't ugly-cried to a funny meme?), cry, and just be human. Growth thrives in those safe, no-judgment zones where we can embrace the mess and celebrate the wins, big or small.
If you're nodding along, feeling that pull to shift your energy or figure out "what's next," know this: You're not alone. I'd love to walk this path with you—cheering you on every step, just like I'd want someone to do for me.
